Currently has a MAJOR bug issue. You can not login or signup! Talked to support only info I was given is "Its a known issue" when asked when I can be expect a fix he said there is not a time frame I can quote. Aside from that IF the app worked Id say theres some work that needs to be done, you cant rent, download or purchase through the app. Your directed to go to the site to add content to the app. Which defeats having the app entirely! Unless you have a chrome cast and then you cant skip that step. AirPlay to Apple TV from safari would work but again why have the app if I have to go through a web browser??

Almost every movie Ive watched on my iPhone plays perfectly well!! Great app!!!

They make it harder then it has to be. First if you dont have an account you have to make it on their website. You cant make it on the app. Then you cant just browse through movies on the app. You have to go on the website and add it to your library. I downloaded the app hour ago. I still havent figured out how to watch it. It really shouldnt take this long.

Cant do anything with this app if you dont go on the website first and mess around with settings that I couldnt even find to add movies and such. Plus I thought it was more you could just pay a fee and watch a movie from theaters right in there. So far I have not figured it out and no patience to do so. But unless you go on their website, sign up for the VIP thing and arrange everything on their then its suppose to worth with this app. I dont know about anyone else but I dont ever touch the website in the first place. Maybe to peak around at ticket prices. As I said before, thought I could just straight up rent movies right from the app that are in theaters. Would likely be cheaper.

This apps and service is horrible. I have changed my password numerous times. Every time it locks me out because it doesnt recognize it after I change it. Then you have to wait 30 min to try again. If that doesnt work then you have to wait 24hrs for some to get back to you. There is a reason why Im ordering a movie from my home. Its called convenience. All those things above are very inconvenient. So save your self the trouble and just use another service.

The app doesnt appear to sort your library using any rhyme or reason. No options for Alphabetical or Purchase Date. It even appears that every single episode of TV Series appear as separate entries (ex. 10 listings for each individual episode of a season of Game of Thrones).

App works on iPhone 6, but if I try to AirPlay a movie to my AppleTV, it wont play the movie. Is this on purpose, or a bug? Well - its useless if I cant watch a movie on my main screen. Will revise review of AirPlay works in the future.

I connected my ultraviolet collection to this program on the web site but when I go to view them in the app it says I have to link the accounts which I have already done, several times. My film collection appeared in the app after I hit refresh several times. Then the program worked fine.

Did not like this app thought it would be fun to watch free movies but it didnt let me sign in

Whats the point of this app? There are so many better options out there. $10 to rent "The Cell" for 48 hours? Are you kidding me? I downloaded it to see what it had to offer but so far not impressed at all.

Absolutely horrible App that never works. Cant believe I wasted my time with Fandango.

I just opened it and I dont have an account and it wants me to sign in it didnt even give me an option to sign up in done with these movie apps

Once youre done you cant delete it. Interface stays at one spot, so you cant look at anything else. Please hookup with Amazon for a fairly clean video player and quit worrying about your branding.

New version seems a lot faster and responsive! Love the iPad layouts.

The service isnt available for PR. Disappointed...

The app installs but never lets you play any movies youve purchased. Always gives a license error. Talking to tech support they stated that in order for the app to work, you have to install and uninstall then restart your phone or iPad multiple times until it doesnt give you an error. The developers of this app really need to fix this asap.

This is not working.....bought a movie and it does not open up in the app.

App allows movie download for rentals, but only displays on iPad in vertical, so you get a tiny image. Also, even if you have downloaded a rental, you need to have Internet access to initiate playback. As the only reason you are downloading is to watch in a location without Internet access (e.g an airplane) it really defeats the purpose. On the customer service side, they did credit me when I complained, which gains it back a star.

Just browsing my Ultraviolet library is enough to crash the app. I love the smooth interface, but I cant enjoy it due to this horrible problem. Please fix.
